John Kain

John Kain is the Managing Director of Kain Lawyers, a highly regarded mid-market transaction firm in Australia, since May 2004. In addition, John has served as Chairman of the Kain Foundation since June 2005, focusing on educational and economic opportunities for at-risk children and youth. John held the position of Chairman at Blue Sky Alternative Investments Limited from July 2011 to February 2019 and at Blue Sky Alternatives Access Fund Limited from May 2014 to November 2016. Other notable roles include Director of the Finance Council for the Catholic Archdiocese of Adelaide and ASI Pamplona Pty Limited, which John co-founded in 1997. John Kain's extensive career also includes legal practice as a partner at Cosoff Cudmore Knox and educational qualifications from the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia.
