Giuseppe (Pino) Perone

Giuseppe (Pino) Perone began their career in 2006 as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at TAG Oil Ltd. In 2012, they moved to Coronado Resources Ltd. as CEO, Corporate Secretary and Director. In 2018, they became CEO, CFO, Corporate Secretary and Director at PLB Capital Corp. In 2019, they assumed the role of CEO, President, Corporate Secretary and Director at Interlapse Technologies Corp., and Corporate Secretary and Director at Kingfisher Metals Corp. (TSX-V:KFR). In 2020, they were appointed Corporate Secretary and Legal Counsel at Kainantu Resources (TSX-V: KRL). In 2021, they joined LQwD FinTech Corp. (TSXV: LQWD) as Corporate Secretary and Director.

Giuseppe (Pino) then attended the University of Victoria, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology in 2001.
