Kévin De Sousa is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in IT and data recruitment. As Co-Founder and Senior Recruiter at Kaino since 2020, Kévin plays a pivotal role in connecting professionals with opportunities and helping companies expand their teams. Prior to Kaino, Kévin served as Team Lead and Recruitment Consultant for Data & Analytics at Montreal Associates from 2017 to 2020, and as Senior Recruitment Consultant for Business Intelligence and Data at Frank Recruitment Group from 2015 to 2017. Kévin holds a Master of International Project Management from Université de Bretagne Occidentale and a Bachelor of Management from Brest Business School.
