Valery Franchois

Valery Franchois currently serves as the Director of Capabilities and Innovation and Director of Strategic Projects at Kainos since July 2021. Prior to this, Valery excelled as the Human Resources Director at Cloudator from January 2018 to July 2021. Valery held multiple leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from November 2015 to December 2017, including EMEA Workday Practice Lead, where responsibilities encompassed growing the Workday business in the EMEA region and managing alliances and resources. Valery's tenure at HP from August 2009 to October 2015 included positions such as EMEA Workday Practice Lead, EMEA PeopleSoft Hub Lead, and Oracle Practice Lead BeNeLuxFr, focusing on building teams and developing business practices across Europe. Early in the career, Valery was a Country Coordinator for Belgium in the Microsoft Solutions team at Electronic Data Systems and progressed through various technical roles. Valery's education includes studies at HOGENT from 1995 to 2001.
