Paul Becker

Paul Becker is an experienced financial executive currently serving as Financial Controller at Kairos Ventures since July 2023 and as CFO at Amorphology, Inc. since October 2022. Previously, Paul held significant finance leadership roles, including Vice President of Finance at Tanvas and Veros Systems, where contributions included overseeing financial operations during strategic sales transitions. Additional experience includes director-level positions in finance at Entropic Communications and Trident Microsystems, as well as serving as CFO for the solar energy start-up RayDyne Energy, Inc. Paul’s early career includes a successful tenure at D2Audio Corporation, leading financial efforts during its acquisition by Intersil. Paul Becker holds an MBA in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with Honors from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
