Benjamin Lengerich

Benjamin Lengerich is an experienced manufacturing and operations manager with a robust background in the aluminum industry. Currently serving as Manufacturing Planning Manager and Raw Materials Facilitator at Kaiser Aluminum since November 2015, Benjamin has previously held the position of Operations Manager at Century Aluminum Mount Holly from March 2012 to August 2015, where responsibilities included directing operations and achieving production targets. Earlier roles at Alcoa involved various leadership and engineering positions focused on plant reliability, maintenance planning, and process improvement. Additionally, Benjamin started a career at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard as a Nuclear Shift Test Engineer, overseeing reactor plant testing for U.S. Navy aircraft carriers. Benjamin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, awarded with honors in Public Affairs.
