Nora Wheat

Nora Wheat is an experienced professional currently serving as the Phone Operations Manager for the Survey Research Program at Kaiser Permanente Washington Health Research Institute since February 2019. With a background in massage therapy since December 1992, Nora specializes in various massage techniques aimed at relieving stress and managing pain. Previous roles include Research Specialist at Group Health Research Institute and Field Investigator at RAND Corporation. Nora's teaching experience spans several years as a lead pre-k teacher at Jackie's School and as a co-founder and teacher at King Street Cooperative Preschool, where responsibilities included curriculum development and daily operations oversight. Additionally, Nora has coached young players at Starfire Sports and provided educational support at The Clearwater School. Educational credentials include training in massage therapy, doula support, and courses from Antioch University Seattle and The Evergreen State College.
