Derenik Gharibian

Derenik Gharibian, PharmD, currently serves as the Area Pharmacy Director at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center since June 2009. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Operations, PGY1 Residency Director, Supervisor of Ambulatory Care Pharmacy, Ambulatory Care Pharmacist, and PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at Keck Medicine of USC from May 2006 to May 2009. Derenik began the career as a Pharmacy Intern, preceded by a position as Clinical Research Coordinator at GLOBAL CLINICALS, INC. from April 2003 to July 2005. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Southern California (2005-2009) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC Irvine.
