Doug Browning

Doug Browning is an accomplished communications professional with over two decades of experience in digital innovation and strategic communication. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at Kaiser Permanente since February 2010, Doug leads teams responsible for enhancing the employee digital experience and managing digital communication across various platforms. Prior roles at Kaiser Permanente include Senior Communications Manager for Digital Channels and Measurement, as well as Communications Manager for Regional Engagement. Earlier career highlights include positions at Hewitt Associates, where Doug developed HR communication strategies for major clients, and at Northern Trust Corporation, managing communication product development. Doug holds a BA in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from The University of Georgia.
