Kristin Kane

Kristin Kane is an experienced Senior Program Manager with a focus on housing and homelessness initiatives at Kaiser Permanente, where responsibility includes managing the California Housing and Homelessness Incentive Program since May 2022. Prior to this role, Kristin served as a Consultant at Relanto AI, contributing to health system planning and analytics. Kristin has a strong background in program management, having worked as a Program Analyst at the Oregon Health Authority and held significant leadership roles at both Kaiser Permanente and the Oregon Health Authority, including developing the ScreenWise program to enhance breast and cervical cancer screening. Previous experience also includes directing integrated housing and support services for individuals with HIV/AIDS at the Cascade AIDS Project. Kristin holds a Master of Social Work from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
