Ron Cianfaglione

Ron Cianfaglione is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in interactive experience design and user research. Currently serving as the Interactive Experience Design Lead at Kaiser Permanente, Ron focuses on the development of a self-serve design language to foster innovation across teams. Previously, Ron held positions at Pitney Bowes as Lead Researcher and Senior UX Designer/Researcher, where leadership in research activities and design initiatives was demonstrated. Additional experience includes design leadership roles at IBM, SecondMarket, Inc., Misys, Digitas, Siemens Medical Solutions, and Philips Consumer Lifestyle, alongside a formative role as Art Director at the ACLU. Ron holds a Master of Professional Studies in Interaction Design from New York University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts.
