Tad Funahashi

Tad Funahashi currently serves as the Chief Innovation & Transformation Officer and Assistant Regional Medical Director at Kaiser Permanente. Previously, Tad held the position of Chair for the Inter Regional Implant Registries. In addition to these roles, Tad has also been an Attending Orthopedic Surgeon and the Chief of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Kaiser Permanente Orange County. Educationally, Tad completed a Sportsmedicine Fellowship at Dale Daniel from 1991 to 1992 and earned qualifications from the UCLA Department of Orthopedic Surgery between 1986 and 1991.
