Vivian Tan

Vivian Tan holds extensive experience in strategic information management, planning, and transformation, currently serving as Vice President at Kaiser Permanente with multiple leadership roles including Vice President of Strategy and Transformation, and Vice President of Strategic Planning. Prior to this, Vivian worked at Booz & Company as a Senior Associate and served as Senior Policy Manager at the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore. Vivian's early career includes a position as Senior Banking Officer at UOB. An alumnus of MIT Sloan School of Management, Vivian earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from 1998 to 2000, and completed an Executive Program in Business Administration and Management at Harvard Business School in 2008.
