Kristian Henriksson has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and business development roles. Kristian started their career as a Project Coordinator at Helsinki School of Economics, where they managed a subprogram and conducted sales and marketing activities. Kristian then moved on to Aalto University, where they researched new venture development and led a research project on service development.
After their time at Aalto University, Kristian joined Bolder Helsinki as Chairman of the Board and Partner, advocating for more innovative marketing and agile business practices. Kristian then transitioned to Versoteq 3D Solutions, where they served as the Head of Marketing for a startup specializing in 3D technology.
Kristian later joined Efima Oy, a fast-growing technology company in Finland, where they held various marketing roles, including Marketing Specialist, Marketing Digitalist, and ultimately Growth Marketing Manager. In these positions, they focused on refining digital marketing processes and tools, such as account-based marketing and marketing automation.
Currently, Kristian works as the Marketing Lead at KAITO Insight Oy, where they are responsible for building tools and processes to establish the company as a thought leader in data and analytics within the region.
Throughout their career, Kristian has gained experience in strategic marketing, content development, sales enablement, and project management.
Kristian Henriksson obtained their Master's degree in Marketing and a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University, which they attended from 2004 to 2013. Kristian also holds additional certifications in HubSpot Marketing Software and Content Marketing from HubSpot and HubSpot Academy, respectively, obtained in 2020 and 2019.
