Shadman Alam

Shadman Alam is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program leadership, social action, and education. Currently serving as District Lead and Senior Program Leader at Piramal Foundation since June 2023, Shadman previously interned at North East Network, conducting a case study on women's access to government entitlements and campaigning against deforestation. Experience at Concentrix involved content moderation for platforms like YouTube, while being a Pravah Smile Fellow entailed designing a project centered on women's empowerment. Earlier roles included teaching and training at the HADIA Centre for Social Excellence and Quvatul Islam Arabic College, emphasizing career guidance and integrating experiential learning in education. Shadman holds a Master's degree in Research and Development Management from Azim Premji University and has additional degrees in History and Islamic Studies.
