Samantha Edwards has extensive experience in compliance and regulatory roles within the financial services sector, currently serving as the Shareholding Disclosure Director at Kaizen Reporting since August 2022. Prior to this role, Samantha was a Senior Compliance Manager at Neilson Financial Services from April 2021 to August 2022 and spent over 15 years at Invesco UK as a Compliance Manager. Samantha began the career in sales and support roles, including positions as a Director at LifeCushion and a Sales Executive at The Mortgage Helper, as well as in senior sales support positions at Scottish Provident and CGNU Life Assurance Limited.
