Irene Claire P. has a diverse work experience in the creative production field. Irene Claire started their career at Precision Direct, Inc in 2004 as a Pre-Press Production Artist/Editor, where they worked on various print projects for Direct Mail. In 2007, they moved to Sumi Printing as a Pre-Press Plateroom Technician, where they created electronic files for proofing and plating, performed color correction, and outputted plates for offset printers.

In 2009, Irene joined Powder Blue Productions as an In-House Creative, where they were responsible for designing printed and web artwork, creating promo videos, and managing choreography notes. Irene Claire continued some of their duties at Beachbody when the company acquired Powder Blue Productions. At Beachbody, Irene designed covers for DVDs, posters, monthly emails, newsletters, and social media banners for fitness workout programs.

In 2012, Irene founded ICY Productions, where they worked as a freelance/contractor, providing services such as video filming and editing, photography, graphic design, and creating animated emails for various clients. Irene Claire also managed multiple projects using Asana.

Irene then joined Team Johnson in 2017 as a Creative Lead, overseeing the creative team and handling tasks such as shooting and editing videos, designing graphics for emails and social media, and managing all creative projects. Irene Claire also performed real-time video editing for live stream broadcasts and conferences.

In 2020, Irene joined Kajabi as a Senior Video Producer, later transitioning to the role of Senior Creative Producer. In this role, they lead the day-to-day management of creative projects, collaborates with cross-functional teams and business partners, manages and assists creatives, and ensures timely delivery of all deliverables.
