Jan Trybulski

Jan Trybulski, CFA, is an experienced investment professional currently serving as Investment Director and Head of Poland at Kajima Europe since January 2022. With a strong background in financial consulting and real estate, Jan has operated a sole proprietorship since 2009, providing ad-hoc consultancy across various sectors, including venture capital and early-stage financing. Previously, Jan held the position of Vice President at Griffin Capital Partners, where responsibilities included leading the R4R platform, Poland's first and largest institutional rental company. Earlier roles include Senior Specialist in the Treasury Department at Getin Noble Bank, where Jan designed significant IT projects and financial models, and a brief internship in the Treasury and Structured Products Department at the same bank. Jan holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School, in addition to completing the CFA program.
