Jonghak Kim

Jonghak Kim is a user experience specialist with extensive expertise in AI and service design. Currently, at 네이버클라우드 (NAVER Cloud), Jonghak Kim is responsible for planning the generative AI service CLOVA X. Previously, at 카카오엔터프라이즈 (Kakao Enterprise), Jonghak Kim enhanced user efficiency through the development of new services, including the portable smart speaker 'Mini Link' and the workplace messenger 'Kakao Work.' At Kakao Corp, Jonghak Kim contributed to the planning and UX design of AI services such as 'Kakao Mini' and 'Hey Kakao App,' ensuring high-quality service delivery in a short time frame. Jonghak Kim began a career at 다음커뮤니케이션, focusing on enhancing the user experience of the Daum Maps service across multiple platforms. Jonghak Kim holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Culture Technology from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Media Design from Handong Global University.
