Trevor Ip, CPHR, CCWP, is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at Kal Tire since November 2022. With previous roles including Director of Talent Acquisition at Aritzia and Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Ritchie Bros., Trevor has extensive experience across diverse industries, including retail, telecommunications, and digital media. Recognized for exceptional performance, Trevor has been a National Mentor/Trainer, ranked as the #2 Recruiter in Canada, and a three-time President’s Club Winner. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems with a Minor in Psychology from The University of British Columbia and has pursued further education at the BCIT School of Business + Media.
