Jan Dvořák has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Jan currently holds the position of Head of Promo Management, Space Management, Shopper Insights, and Pricing at Penny Market s.r.o. Jan previously worked as a Senior Business Consultant and Project Manager at REWE Group. Before that, they held the same position at Penny Market s.r.o. While working at Coca-Cola HBC, Jan served as a Channel Marketing/Trade Marketing Manager, responsible for trade marketing activities on the Czech and Slovak Independent Market. Jan also worked as a Category Buying Manager at Ahold Czech Republic and gained initial retail experience as a Sales Assistant at Decathlon and OneStop Stores Ltd.
Jan Dvořák earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the College of Economics and Management in Prague between 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Social Science at the University of Ostrava from 2004 to 2009. Jan also studied Information Systems at the Technical College of Electroengineering from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an ECR D-A-CH Category Manager from GS1 Germany in May 2015.
