Onur Kaplan

Onur Kaplan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and business development. Currently serving as the Global Sales and Business Development Director at Kale since July 2018, Onur is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial performance, managing a significant turnover, and ensuring the health of the Maintenance EBITDA/Revenue ratio. Prior to this role, Onur held various positions at Nielsen, including Strategic Account Manager, as well as roles at AKWEL and Teklas, demonstrating a strong background in account management and project engineering. Onur began the professional career with internships at TUPRAS and Unilever. Academically, Onur holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Systems and Industrial Engineering from Sabanci University and a Master of Business Administration in Global Business Management from the University of Roehampton.
