Jamie Nadler, MD, was named chief quality officer for Kaleida Health in March 2022.
Dr. Nadler leads quality and patient safety for the entire organization as well as ensures continuous quality of care, patient satisfaction and compliance with various accrediting organizations and regulatory bodies.
In addition, he leads the development and implementation of quality/safety programs, policies, practices and protocols; oversees and facilitates clinical improvement projects; maintains the Kaleida Health Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Plan; and formulates organization-wide strategies to address emerging safety concerns in conjunction with risk management, medical staff leadership and other key stakeholders at all sites and across the continuum of care.
Dr. Nadler, a pulmonary and critical care medicine specialist and assistant professor of medicine at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, previously served as medical director of quality and patient safety for Buffalo General Medical Center/Gates Vascular Institute.
