Kristin Fenzel

Kristin Fenzel has a strong background in project management and healthcare operations. Kristin is currently a Director of the Project Management Office at Kaleida Health. Prior to this, they worked at Independent Health as the Director of HCS/PHM Operations and as a Manager in HCS/PHM Program Delivery. In these roles, they managed teams and oversaw multiple projects in healthcare services and population health management. Before that, Kristin held various positions at HealthNow New York Inc. and Excellus Bluecross Blueshield, where they were responsible for product development, implementation, and business support. With over 20 years of experience, Kristin has demonstrated expertise in healthcare management and a strong track record of success.

Kristin Fenzel holds an MBA in Marketing from Canisius University. Kristin also earned a BA in Mathematics from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, Kristin has obtained several certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2019, Life, Accident, Health License from the New York State Department of Financial Services in November 2015, and Six Sigma Black Belt from UB TCIE in 2013.
