Mary Lou Rusin

Mary Lou Klee was named executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Kaleida Health in October 2019.

Klee has been with Kaleida Health since 2006, when she joined the organization as a corporate recruiter. She was later promoted to director of corporate employment and then served as vice president, overseeing everything from corporate recruitment to integration issues with our affiliations.

Klee has nearly 30 years of experience in the human resources field.

Prior to Kaleida Health, she served as human resources director for Clairol, an international consumer products company. Before that, she owned and operated Klee & Associates, Inc., a distribution company for specialty operating room equipment. She also spent 10 years as general manager for a large recruitment firm in Denver, CO.
