Me Patrick Bernier

Patrick Bernier, MBA, Adm.A, serves as Secrétaire général et conseiller stratégique at Kaleido Croissance since July 2017, overseeing all activities related to the organization's general secretariat and advising leadership on strategic decisions. Patrick Bernier also holds positions as Directeur et Secrétaire général for legal affairs and as Conseiller juridique et secrétaire corporatif, where responsibilities include legal advice, governance, risk management, and contract negotiation. Additionally, Patrick Bernier is a board member and secretary of the Association canadienne des courtiers en RÉÉE. Previous experience includes roles as a legal advisor at COREM, president of the Comité des avocats et avocates en entreprise at the Barreau de Québec, and various positions in law firms.
