Sarah Dillard

Sarah Dillard is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the education sector. Currently, Sarah serves as the Founder of The Rock Creek School and the Founder & CEO of Kaleidoscope, which focuses on enhancing high school education through innovative programming and curriculum. Previous roles include CEO of SPD Advisory, where strategic advice was provided to education clients, and Senior Vice President of Student Operations at Quad Learning, Inc., where operational efficiencies were developed. Sarah has also held positions at Harvard Business School as a Research Associate and served as an advisor in various capacities for governmental and non-profit organizations. Sarah holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School, and a B.A. in Economics from Duke University.
