Carolyn Giardini

Carolyn Giardini, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA is currently the Clinical Development Director at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services. Prior to this role, they worked at Autism Behavior Services, Inc. for almost nine years in various positions including Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Behavior Specialist, and Behavior Interventionist. Before that, they served as an Autism Paraprofessional at Santa Ana Unified School District and as a Behavioral Interventionist at Tustin Unified School District. Carolyn holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the same institution in 2016.
