Rick Reikob

Rick Reikob serves as the Corporate Director of Facilities, Lease Administration, and Property Management at Pavo Real Estate, overseeing a multi-tenant, 55,000 square foot class B building. Concurrently, Rick holds the position of Corporate Director of General Operations at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services, managing recruitment and facilities for 35 ABA centers nationwide. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Director for CareersUSA in the Northeast, Chief Operating Officer for American Beauty Academy and Antonelli Medical & Professional Institute, and various leadership roles in non-traditional higher education. Rick holds a BA in Rhetoric and Communication from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA in Management from Strayer University.
