Casey Clapp

Casey Clapp, MBA has a diverse range of work experience. They started their career as an intern at MarketMatch in 2010, where they performed secondary research projects and fielded incoming phone calls. In 2012, they worked as a Landscape Architect at Englewood Lawn And Landscapes, managing schedule and project delivery for community, residential, and commercial landscaping projects. From 2014 to 2018, Casey worked at Cincinnati Sub-Zero, first as a Biomedical Engineering Co-op and later as a Medical Engineer, where they completed an independent project resulting in annual savings and participated in R&D projects. In 2018, they joined Gentherm as a Project Manager. Casey also has experience in the sports industry, working as an Assistant/Head Baseball Coach for the Canes Baseball Club from 2013 to 2022, where they helped shape young baseball players' careers. Currently, Casey is employed at Kaleidoscope Innovation, starting as a Project Manager in 2019 and progressing to roles such as Senior Project Manager, PMO Manager, and currently, Associate Director of Project Management.

Casey Clapp, MBA completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Program Management from Ashland University in 2020. Prior to that, Casey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, graduating in 2017. Casey's education journey began at Northmont High School, where they completed their high school education from 2008 to 2012.
