Alexander Shibaev

Alexander Shibaev is an accomplished professional in the real estate sector with extensive experience in both research and business development. Currently serving as General Manager and Director of Business Development at Kalinka Middle East since July 2020, Alexander previously held notable positions at CBRE Russia as Head of Research and at Blackwood Real Estate Inc as Head of Consulting & Research Department. In these roles, Alexander led strategic initiatives, supervised teams, and cultivated client relationships across the Russian Federation and CIS. Alexander’s career began with a project management role at the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers. Alexander holds a Specialist degree in Foreign Languages from Kolomna State Socio-Humanitarian Institute and furthered education at The American University in Cairo.
