Ronen Kotzer

Ronen Kotzer has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies. Ronen currently holds the position of VP of Customer Success at Kaltura, a role they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Kaltura as the Senior Director and Account Management Team Leader from July 2018 to August 2022. Ronen also served as a Senior Program Manager at Kaltura from August 2016 to June 2018.

Before joining Kaltura, Ronen worked at Nuro Secure Messaging as the Head of Accounts and Services from March 2016 to August 2016. Ronen also worked at Comverse Technology, Inc. for several years, where they held various roles including Senior Program Director from March 2013 to February 2016, Account Service Manager from January 2010 to March 2013, Project Manager from January 2008 to December 2009, and Technical Project Manager from September 2006 to December 2007.

Ronen Kotzer's earlier career includes a role as a Business Analyst at FTS from August 2005 to September 2006, and a Project Manager role at SQLink from January 2004 to July 2005. Ronen began their career at ESI, where they held multiple positions including Knowledge Engineer from January 2000 to December 2003, and System Analyst from January 2000 to December 2003. Throughout their career, Ronen has demonstrated skills in customer success, program management, account management, project management, and technical expertise.

Ronen Kotzer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Information Technology from The College of Management from 1997 to 2000. Ronen later pursued a Master's degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University between 2004 and 2006.
