Principal Systems Architect At Kaltura at Kaltura

Shai Gotlib has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Shai started their career at Aplycad as a Programmer, developing sophisticated methods for filling lottery forms. Shai then worked at Neuro Biology Institute, where they served as a Developer for a biological modeling system. Shai was responsible for managing the computers lab and developing learning applications.

After that, Shai joined Amdocs LTD. as a Programmer for the Billing project for SBMS, where they developed part of the GUI. Shai later became a Senior Programmer for the "Selling" product in the Amdocs A&M division. Shai also worked as a Group leader for the Bill Formatter product, where they were responsible for developing part of the GUI.

Shai then moved on to AgentSoft INC., where they served as a "Virtual Place" Project Manager. Shai analyzed, designed, and developed a client/server system for eCommerce management on the web. The system automated negotiations using agents.

At Amdocs, Shai took on various roles, including Senior Expert in Amdocs Research, Development Director in Advanced Solutions, Director of Advanced Solutions Architecture in the CTO's office, Solution Architect in Amdocs Interactive, and Senior Expert in Amdocs Advanced Technologies. In these roles, Shai conducted research, developed new concepts, and evaluated technologies and concepts such as SOA, BPMS, and more. Shai also led teams, developed proof of concept solutions, and built vision and roadmaps for new solutions.

Shai's most recent position was at Kaltura, where they worked as a Senior Solutions Architect and later as a Principal Systems Architect.

Shai Gotlib earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management of Technology Companies from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2013. Shai previously obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 1990 and 1993. Prior to that, they received a matriculation certificate from Ort College School in Jerusalem, specializing in Computers tendency from 1981 to 1985.
