Sigal Srur

Sigal has over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources executive in all HR fields, including talent acquisition, team-building, organizational development, culture and core competencies implementation, M&A implementation, growing companies from startup to IPO, and miscellaneous cross-border processes. Sigal has experience in building and managing teams in the US, EMEA, APAC, and has led them with a strong awareness of cultural differences. Prior to joining Kaltura, Sigal led the Global Human Resources and Operations of 888 Holdings (888:LON) , a leading online gaming company. Prior to that she led HR at ClearForest, acquired by Thomson Reuters, and Tecnomatix, acquired by UGS. Sigal holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology. Sigal’s passion is people; she believes that “sharing is caring” and she loves interacting with people from all over the globe.
