Amy Halford

Amy Halford has a diverse work experience in the field of product management and customer service. Amy has worked at Kaluza since 2020, starting as a Product Manager and progressing to Senior Product Manager and currently serving as the Principal Product Manager. Prior to that, they worked at OVO Energy for over a decade, starting as a Customer Service Specialist and advancing to various roles including Customer Service Team Lead, Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, and eventually as a Product Manager.

Amy Halford has completed a Product Management course at General Assembly in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis between 2012 and 2016.
