Phillip Smith Jr.

Phillip Smith Jr., Esq. serves as an attorney at Kaman & Cusimano, LLC since December 2023, providing legal counsel to homeowners' and community owner associations. Previously, Phillip held the position of Associate Attorney at LOGS Network, handling mortgage foreclosures for banks across 78 Ohio counties from November 2022 to December 2023. From August to November 2022, Phillip operated a personal law practice to enhance legal experience and assist clients. Earlier experiences include a legal internship at Rittgers & Rittgers, focusing on a capital murder case, and various roles such as law clerk and extern, contributing to litigation, real estate matters, and clerical work for judges. Phillip obtained a Juris Doctor from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and holds a degree in American History from The Ohio State University.
