Lauren Dombrowski

Lauren (McDonald) Dombrowski serves as the Manager of Corporate Human Resources at Kaman Corporation since September 2022. Prior to this role, Lauren held various human resources positions at Travelers from May 2016 to September 2022, including Human Resources Manager for Claims, Human Resources Generalist-Sr Consultant for Technology & Operations, Senior Consultant for Employee Relations, and Employee Relations Specialist. Lauren earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 2012 and 2016.
