Roy Dilig

Roy Dilig was appointed Vice President of Information Technology for Kaman Corporation on January 2023. Prior to taking on this role, Mr. Dilig served for 12 years as Director of Information Technology for Kaman’s Bal Seal Engineering division. Before that, he held positions of increasing responsibility at the division, including Systems Development Manager and Programmer Analyst.

With over 25-year career in IT and IT management, Mr. Dilig has worked in business analysis, software development, and database development roles for The Walt Disney Company, United Airlines, and several other firms. He holds a B.S. in Applied Economics from De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines.
