Israel Wagshul

Israel Wagshul serves as Senior Counsel for Corporate and M&A at Similarweb since March 2022, providing critical legal advice for global acquisitions and guiding corporate development initiatives. Concurrently, Israel has held the position of Director Of Legal Affairs at KamaTech since May 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Associate at Meitar Liquornik Geva Leshem Tal, Israel’s leading international law firm, from March 2015 to February 2022, and roles as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from September 2013 to 2015. Additionally, Israel contributed as a Student Editor for the Israel Law Review and completed a pre-internship with The Movement for Quality Government in Israel. Israel's early career involved developing an Artificial Legal Intelligence Program focused on case-based reasoning from 2009 to 2011. Israel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, obtained in 2015.
