Shmuel Fine

Shmuel Fine is an experienced technology leader specializing in algorithm development and training within the high-tech sector. Currently serving as CTO and Leader of Embedded Training at KamaTech since June 2023, Shmuel Fine focuses on developing training programs for Ultra-Orthodox Computer Science students in collaboration with leading Israeli high-tech companies. With a strong background in algorithmic software consultation and R&D at FineALGs since 2018, Shmuel Fine has expertise in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Speech Recognition across various platforms. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at CODALLEH from March 2021 to August 2023, Shmuel Fine designed training programs for Ultra-Orthodox women in low-level development and programming languages. Shmuel Fine has also held roles in algorithm development at HumanEyes and VisionMap, and served in Unit 8200 of the Israeli Military Intelligence from 2007 to 2012. Shmuel Fine earned a BSc in Mathematics from Tel Aviv University and completed a Computer Science course in 2007.
