Joe Laurent

Joe Laurent is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Kamps Pallets since May 2020, Joe oversees HR functions for a national pallet provider with over 900 employees. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Alliance Physical Therapy Partners from January 2006 to May 2020, effectively managing HR for a physical rehabilitation organization with 1,000 employees across 27 states. Joe's earlier experience includes a tenure as Vice President and Director of Human Resources at Van Eerden Company from June 1995 to January 2006, and various HR roles at Bil Mar Foods/Sara Lee from January 1987 to June 1995.
