Lakshmikanthan A has a strong background in quality and regulatory management. Lakshmikanthan has worked in various leadership roles in the chemical and food industries. From 1999 to 2003, they worked as a Supervisor Chemist at Asian Paints. Lakshmikanthan then joined Symrise as a Manager of QA and Process, where they focused on food safety, quality management, and regulatory compliance until 2017. Lakshmikanthan then moved to LANXESS India Private Limited, where they served as the Head of Quality and R&D, responsible for quality control, R&D activities, and problem-solving. Currently, they are employed at Kancor Ingredients Limited as the Head of Quality in India, leading initiatives for ensuring superior quality and regulatory compliance.
