David Stauffer

David Stauffer is a Design Engineer and Standards Professional at Kandou Bus, S.A. David has served as the Chair of the OIF Physical & Link Layer Working Group since 2006 and is a member of the OIF Board of Directors. With experience at IBM in various roles, including Senior Technical Staff Member and Staff Engineer, David has a strong background in logic design, architecture, and team leadership. As a Lecturer at the University of Houston, David taught classes in electrical engineering. David holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont.
