Janet Griffin

Janet Griffin has extensive experience in the field of product management and program advising. Janet'swork experience spans across multiple industries, including healthcare, education, and technology. Janet has worked as a Manager of Product Management, CX Program Advisor, Senior Product Manager, and Product Owner. Janet has expertise in portfolio management, agile product owner practices, and leading change management initiatives. Janet has also held multiple roles for inTEAM Associates, such as Senior Director for K-12 Products and Services and Consultant/Nutritional Software Analyst. Janet served as a Child & Adult Care Food Program Coordinator for the Virginia Department of Health and as a School Nutrition Programs Specialist for the Virginia Department of Education. Janet Griffin has consistently proven to be a valuable member of each team they have worked with.

Janet Griffin earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition, Foods & Exercise from Virginia Tech between 1998 and 2002. In 2006, they received their Master of Public Health with a concentration in Administration in Health Care Institutions from Benedictine University. Janet is currently enrolled in the Customer Experience Certificate Program at the University of Richmond, expected to graduate in 2023. Janet has several additional certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified ScrumMaster, and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from various institutions such as Scrum Alliance and IBM. Janet is also a Certified SAFe 4/5/6 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc.
