Jacqueline Forbes has a diverse work experience. Jacqueline started their career as a Sr. Corporate IT Specialist at Equity Office Properties Trust, where they played a key role in designing a new IT support model and leading projects for process improvement. In 2010, they transitioned to the public sector as a Health Planner at the Kane County Health Department, where they managed grant programs, conducted health assessments, and led a Health Impact Assessment project. In 2015, they moved on to become a Senior Regional Planning Liaison/Transportation Planner at the Kane County Division of Transportation, overseeing municipal transportation projects and coordinating regional planning efforts. Currently, Jacqueline holds the position of Chief of Planning and Programming in the Division of Transportation, where they manage transportation projects, leads a team, and serves as the Executive Director for the Kane Kendall Council of Mayors.
Jacqueline Forbes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Miami University. Jacqueline also possesses a Master of Science degree in Public Service Management from DePaul University.
