Cole Sirafos

Cole Sirafos has a diverse work experience history. In 2023, they worked as a Sales & Recruiting Intern at Medicus Healthcare Solutions, where they gained skills in cold calling, building relationships, and securing deals in the medical staffing industry. Cole also utilized Bullhorn and Salesforce for recruiting purposes. Prior to that, Cole served as the Philanthropy Chairperson and Merchandise Chairman at Sigma Chi Fraternity in 2022, where they coordinated philanthropic activities and managed merchandise. In the same year, they worked as a Sales/Marketing Ambassador at Kanga Coolers, where they used the company's products to increase branding and sales, while also creating engaging social media posts. In 2020, Cole held various roles at Sigma Chi Fraternity, including Scholarship Chairman, Brotherhood Chairman, and Historian. Cole was responsible for managing scholarships, promoting brotherhood, and documenting the fraternity's history. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Ambassador at Morning Brew and as a Communications Intern at WNTN 1550am, both in 2020.

Cole Sirafos has a diverse education history and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of New Hampshire. Cole completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the same university in 2023. Prior to that, Cole attended Assumption University from 2019 to 2020, where they also obtained a BA in Psychology. Cole's high school education was completed at Natick High School, where they earned their High School Diploma from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, Cole briefly attended Massachusetts Bay Community College in 2022, taking general coursework in Spanish.

In terms of additional certifications, Cole obtained The Authentic Leadership Certificate from the Sigma Chi Fraternity in October 2022.
