Amber Mahara possesses extensive experience in retail sales and brand management, currently serving as Retail Sales & Brand Manager at Mountcastle Pty Ltd, LW Reid, Kangol, Bailey Hats, and Statesman Hats since March 2022. Previously, Amber held the position of Head of Buying - Brand Manager at Spectrum Online Pty Ltd from March 2017 to January 2022, successfully managing over 80 domestic and global brands, optimizing stock levels, and developing strong supplier relationships. Amber also gained valuable experience as an Area Manager at Hats By The Hundred, overseeing multiple retail stores and ensuring high performance through effective team leadership and operational management.
