Paul Ellis has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Paul began their career in 2008 as a Project Implementation Officer at the Queensland Police Service, where they worked until 2013. In 2014, they took on the role of Head of Customer Service at PWR Events, managing customer service and overseeing various departments. From 2015 to 2018, Paul worked as a Project Support Officer at the London Ambulance Service NHS Trust. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Background Support. Currently, Paul is employed at Kani, where they hold the positions of Operations Manager and Process and Development Manager. Additionally, throughout their career, they have worked as a Self-Employed Business Strategy Consultant, assisting executives in achieving their goals and implementing efficient business processes.
Paul Ellis has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree with a focus in Psychology from James Cook University. Paul also holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from The Open University. Additionally, Paul has obtained certifications such as an Advanced diploma in Health and Safety Management from Coursegate in January 2019 and a Diploma in Lean Leadership and Change Management from ADAMS ACADEMY in December 2018. It is unclear if Paul has obtained the AgilePM® Practitioner certification or when it was obtained.
