Lauren Popelas Rdn

Lauren Popelas RDN, LD, IFNCP is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with extensive experience in various roles focused on patient care and nutrition. Since October 2015, Lauren has served at KanodiaMD as the Lead Dietitian, Medical Team Project Lead, and Technology Services Team Lead, and has been instrumental in developing The Nourishing Plate, an in-house teaching kitchen. Additional experience includes consultancy at Beautycounter, leadership roles with the Columbus Dietetic Association, and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Lauren's background also encompasses fitness and food service roles at the YMCA and food production experience in catering. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health from Miami University and completion of a Dietetic Internship at Adagio Health.
