Elina Lakkavaara

Elina Lakkavaara is a financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the arts and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at the Finnish National Gallery since January 2018, Elina oversees finance, sales, fundraising, and business intelligence activities, managing a team of 30. Previous positions include Controller at the Finnish National Gallery, Head of Accounting, Admin and Reporting at Töölö Urban, and Senior Business Controller at Siili Solutions. Elina has also contributed as a board member at FMA Creations Oy and held roles at Affecto and Eaton. Elina holds a Master's degree in Economic Geography from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and has completed additional management training at the Management Institute of Finland.
